RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 24-26 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for appointment
to the Landmark Heritage Preservation Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Randall A. Hayes on the Landmark Heritage Preservation
Commission has expired; and,
WHEREAS, Randall A. Hayes has a demonstrable interest in historic preservation
and is currently Executive Director of the Western Heritage Museum; and,
WHEREAS, The Honorable Hal Daub has re-appointed Randall A. Hayes to the
Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission, said term to commence on the date of cod-inflation
by the City Council and to expire three years later thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by The Honorable Hal Daub of Randall A. Hayes as a
member of the Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission to serve a term commencing on the
date of confirmation by the City Council and to expire three years thereafter is hereby confirmed.
