RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the-
City of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits of the
City but not within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and
submitted a plat entitled RIDGEVIEW located Southwest of 180th Street and West Center Road;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended the .approval and
acceptance of this plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the plat entitled a plat entitled RIDGEVIEW located Southwest of 180th
Street and West Center Road is hereby approved and accepted.
