RES 1999-3293 - Replat, Falcon Ridge Replat 1 C-25A CITY OF OMAHA

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: •
WHEREAS, Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the
City of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits of the
City but not within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain real estate lying within Falcon Ridge a
subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, have petitioned to
have a portion of said plat vacated and replatted as FALCON RIDGE REPLAT 1 located
Northwest of 180th and Jefferson Streets; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation
and replat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the replat transmitted herewith entitled FALCON RIDGE REPLAT 1
located Northwest of 180th and Jefferson Streets, is hereby approved; and concurrently a portion
of the existing plat entitled Falcon Ridge, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
