The attached Resolut i on transm i ts an Amendment to the Muse Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
Redevelopment Project Plan for a redevelopment site located northeast of 20th and Izard
Streets. Th i s redevelopment project site was the former locat i on of the M i cklin Lumber
Company and ACE Hardware reta i l store.
The project owner, Vecino Natural Bridge LLC, completed the redevelopment of the proposed 4-
story, approximately 195,440 square foot multi-family, student housing structure consisting of
approx i mately 239 un i ts and approx i mately 5,000 square feet of commercial space, possibly for
start-ups. The project included approximately 192 surface parking spaces and 86 on-street
parking spaces for a total of 278 parking stalls.
The proJect owner is request i ng an amendment to remove a s i ngle, non-related parcel from the
redevelopment project plan legal description. This s i ngle parcel was not i ntended to be
redeveloped as part of the Muse TIF Redevelopment Project Plan. No other changes to the
Muse TIF Redevelopment Project Plan are contemplated with this Amendment.
Th i s Resolut i on approving the Amendment to the Muse Tax Increment F i nancing (TIF)
Redevelopment Project Plan recommends the reduction of the scope of the Muse Tax
Increment F i nancing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan through the removal of a s i ngle, non
related parcel from the redevelopment project plan legal description.
