The atcaclhed proposed Ordinance approves an Amendment to the Agreement with 1023 Jones Street
Limited Partnership approved by City Council Ordinance No. 34903 on May 18, 1999. This
proposed Amendment provides an exact legal description of the alley and dock areas included in the
Lease Section 2.6 of this Redevelopment Agreement.
This administrative change is requested by the developer to accommodate the requirements of the
primary lender. All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

AN ORDINANCE approving an Amendment to the Agreement with the 1023 Jones Street Limited
Partnership, approved by City Council Ordinance No. 34903 on May 18, 1999, and
providing for an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA;
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, the
attached Amendment to the Agreement with 1023 Jones Street Limited Partnership, approved by
City Council Ordinance No. 34903 on May 18, 1999.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and take effect immediately upon passage
and execution.

AMENDMENT
This is an Amendment to the Agreement with 1023 Jones Street Limited Partnership
approved by City Council Ordinance No. 34903 on May 18, 1999.
The Agreement with 1023 Jones Street Limited Partnership approved by City Council
Ordinance No. 34903 on May 18, 1999, is hereby amended to add the underlined phrase below and
the attached Exhibit "E-1" as follows:
Section 2.6. Lease to the Developer the alley adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block
192, in Original City of Omaha, and the dock areas adjacent to the subject property
on Jones Street and l lth Street as identified in and for the purposes described in the
Lease Application (Exhibit "E") and further identified by the attached Legal
Description labeled Exhibit "E-1"
All other provisions of this Agreement shall remain unchanged.
