Humphries to the Civil Rights Hearing Board as the Council District #1 representative. The term shall be for three years, and shall be effective upon passage of the resolution. The appointment shall be in accordance with City Code Sections 1 3-1 24 through 1 3-1 27. The Law Department shall prepare a cover letter and resolution (with the attached resume) and forward the documentation to the City Clerk for inclusion on the January 25th City Council agenda.
