Dear Mr. Phipps;
Re: Saddle Creek Storage
Case#C8-97-177
This letter serves to request an extension for the building and usage permits granted the
above referenced project.
As you are aware the City Council issued a deadline date of December 31, 1999 for
completion of the project. We have been delayed completion due to circumstances
unable to be foreseen or prevented, one of which was scheduling by O.P.P.D. This
company was scheduled to remove the current poles and electrical wiring to the complex
and was unable to complete their work within the needed time frames.
We ask the extension be granted by the council and welcome a visit from any of it's
members to inspect the progress made at the site. Weather permitting, we plan on
completion of the project, to include the requested facade improvements, by Spring.
Thank you and any questions please contact me directly at 346-5550.
Sincer y;
