RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: •
WHEREAS, Sections 2-171 through 2-187, Division 2, Article VI,.Chapte 2 of the
Omaha Municipal code,provide for the appointment of members to the Administrative Appeals
Board; and,
WHEREAS,the term of Mark Roseland has expired leaving a vacancy on the above
board;and,
WHEREAS, the Honorable Hal Daub has reappointed Mark Roseland as a member
of the Administrative Appeals Board, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City
Council and to expire three years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Honorable Hal Daub of Mark Roseland as a
member of the Administrative Appeals Board, said term to commence upon confirmation by the
City Council and expire three years thereafter,is hereby confirmed.
