RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS , the Planning Department desires to purchase one (1) ½ Ton Regular Cab 4x4
Pickup ; and ,
WHEREAS , Gene Steffy submitted a bid to the State of Nebraska under contract· 15732OC in
the amount of $39,434 .00 ; and ,
WHEREAS , the cost of this purchase is to be paid from the FY 2022 Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Fund No . 12186, Organization No . 128072.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the Purchasing Agent is authorized to issue a
Purchase Order to Gene Steffy for the purchase of one (1) ½ Ton Regular Cab 4x4 Pickup to be utilized by
the Planning Department's Handyman Program in the amount of $39,434 .00 , and that the Finance
Department is authorized to pay the cost of this purchase from the FY 2022 Community Development Grant
(CDBG) Fund No . 12186, Organization No . 128072.
