RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists for an alternate member on the Personnel Board;
and,
WHEREAS, Section 6.04 of the Omaha Home Rule Charter, 19562:as amended,
provides for the appointment to said agency; and, "
WHEREAS, the Honorable Hal Daub has appointed Franklin T. Thompson III to
the Personnel Board to serve as an alternate member, said term to commence on the date of
confirmation by the City Council and to expire five years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by the Honorable Hal Daub of Franklin T. Thompson III
to serve as an alternate member on the Personnel Board, said term to commence on the date of
confirmation by the City Council and to expire five years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
