Grennan Interiors in front of 661 and 675 North 50th Street on September 28, 2000, between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Alcohol will not be sold at this private party and no Special Designated Liquor License is required. However, because the event will be held on public property, it is necessary that the City expressly consent to possession and consumption of alcohol on the property by persons attending the party. The Public Works Department has issued Mr. Grennan a street closing permit authorizing the area to be roped off and used in this fashion.
