RES 2000-3044 - Preplat, Waterford i c-25A ) it }) —+� ,, • CITY OF OMAHA I�� LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER 74 f q� Omaha,Nebr November 14, 2000 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: WHEREAS—, revised preliminary plat entitled WATERFORD (Lots 1 through 89 and Lots 234-235 being a cluster subdivision) located Northeast of 156`''and Ida-Streets, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", has been approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and, WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and, WHEREAS,the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat is tentative in nature and does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF OMAHA; THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled WATERFORD (Lots I. through 89 and Lots 234-235 being a cluster subdivision) located Northeast of 156th and Ida Streets,along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and,the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. An acceptable updated traffic study. 2. Installing necessary street improvements as identified by an adequate traffic study. 3. Installing temporary turnarounds.at the end of all dead-ended streets. 4. Dedicating all of State Street to the south, effectively shifting the street's centerline. 5. Dedicating additional right-of-way (or enclosing in an outlot) at the north end of Lot 718 to accommodate the County's interim 156t' Street and Military Road intersection f - improvements. 6. ----- Installing sidewalks along both sides of all major and interior streets. 7. Identifying the adjacent sediment basin as a sediment basin instead of a lake. 8. Identifying each outlots prospective uses and that provide for their private ownership and maintenance in covenants and the subdivision agreement. 9. Streets 21, 43, and 19 from the intersection of 19 and 43 north are to be designed as Military Boulevard and will be a part of the park and boulevard system. 10. An acceptable debt structure. _,.. 11. Naming the streets in conformance with the Planning Department's review. .. 12. Reconfiguring the proposed mixed-use area to ensure it does not extend beyond the '/4 mile south of State Street. 13. Acceptable mixed-use development plans and agreements. 14.
