productivity and efficiency improvements.

new product prototypes/processes and successfully take to commercialization.
Financial analysis-prepared budgets,track COPM and special market
requests analysis.
Responsible for profitably operating and maintaining Midwest distribution
center for national distribution of our products.
Special Assignment- Spent several weeks at the Salfort,Frozen Food Plant in
Manchester,England. Plant was experiencing difficulty with manufhcturing
costs. I was responsible to develop an analysis of currnit operations and
personnel and provide action steps fbr improvements. My report was well
received by top management and action steps were initiated.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the Nebraska Business Improvement District Act provides that there
be a business area board appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council prior to the
creation of any business improvement district by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the business area improvement board shall make recommendations
to the Mayor and City Council of plans for the improvements to the business area, and shall
consist of five or more members who are property owners, residents, business operators, or users
of space within the business area to serve such terms as the City Council may determine; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Thomas M. Czerpak on the Downtown Business
Improvement Area Board has expired leaving a vacancy on said board; and,
WHEREAS, the Honorable Hal Daub has reappointed Thomas M. Czerpak of
Vlasic Foods International, 1202 Douglas Street, to be a member of the Downtown Business
Improvement Area Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City
Council and to expire five years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Honorable Hal Daub of Thomas M. Czerpak of
Vlasic Foods International, 1202 Douglas Street, to be a member of the Downtown Business
Improvement Area Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City
Council and to expire five years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
