AN ORDINANCE to approve an amendment to the Land Use Element of the City of Omaha
Master Plan to provide for industrial development from 61st to 62nd, "0" to "Q" Streets,
and to provide for an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That the Master Plan provides for amendments to the various elements as
deemed necessary and appropriate.
Section 2. That the City Planning Board at their public hearing April 5, 2000
recommended approval of the proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of the City of
Omaha Master Plan to provide for industrial development from 61st to 62nd, "0"to "Q" Streets.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the
date of its passage.
