Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252, of
the Omaha Municipal Code by adding a Class "B" Flammable Liquids Storage District known as
B-117. This district will be for the storage of diesel fuel. District B-117 will be located at
Metropolitan Utilities District, 3100 South 61st Avenue.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, by an addition thereto of a new Class "B" Flammable Liquids Storage District, to
be known as District No. B-117; and to provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
Municipal Code, a new Class "B" Oil District to be known as District No. B-117 to be located at
Metropolitan Utilities District, 3100 South 61st Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska, as shown on the plat
plan attached hereto.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen (15) days after the
date of its passage.
