AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 35142 passed February 29, 2000, and to
provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 35142 passed February 29, 2000 be amended
-to read as follows:
The official Zoning Map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and
the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha
Municipal Code so that:
Outlot 1, Benson Park Plaza, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in
Douglas County,Nebraska located Northeast of 72°d Street and Military Avenue, is
hereby rezoned from CC-Community Commercial District to DR-Development
Reserve District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15) days from and after
the date of its passage.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the-City of Omaha adopted by Section
55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official
zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha
Municipal Code, to rezone property located Northeast of 72nd Street and Military Avenue
from CC-Community Commercial District to DR-Development Reserve District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.CITY OF OMAHA:
