NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of
Sanitary and Improvement District No. 541 of Douglas County, Nebraska will be held at
2 p.m. on April 5, 2010, at 810 North 96th Street, Third Floor, Omaha, Nebraska, which
meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current
