PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State
Statute Sections 13-501 to 13-513, that the governing body will meet on the 14th day of
September, 2010 at 9 o'clock A.M. at 14924 "A" Circle, Omaha, Nebraska, for the
purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers
relating to the following proposed budget. The budget detail and the agenda for this
meeting, kept continuously current, which includes payment of bills of the District, are
available for public inspections at the office of the Clerk at 11440 West Center Road, Omaha,
Nebraska during regular business hours, which meeting will be open to the public.
