Liquor Control Commission in accordance with the provisions of Section 53-134, RRS Nebraska,
1943, as amended, and upon hearing held within 45 days after the receipt of said notice from the •
Commission,be and the same is hereby recommended to said Liquor Control Commission to grant
said license. •
