LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER
Omaha,Nebr January 9, 2001
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits of the City
but not within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted
a plat entitled WESTIN HILLS WEST (Lots 168-292 and Outlots B-F) (Lots 168-268 and Outlots
B-E being a cluster subdivision) located Southeast of 156th and Fort Streets; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended the approval and
acceptance of this plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the plat entitled WESTIN HILLS WEST (Lots 168-292 and Outlots B-F)
(Lots 168-268 and Outlots B-E being a cluster subdivision) located Southeast of 156th and Fort
Streets is hereby approved and accepted.
