RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,.Section 18-1901, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended,
and sections 49-21 through 49-24, Article II, Chapter 49, of the Omaha Municipal Code provide
for the appointment of members to the Plumbing Board; and,
WHEREAS, was appointed to the above Board for a term that expired November
18, 2000; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has reappointed Larry L. Gardner to a three year
term as a member of the Plumbing Board, said term to commence upon confirmation and
expiring three years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment of Larry L. Gardner as a member of the Plumbing
Board, to serve a term commencing upon confirmation, and expiring three years thereafter, is
hereby confirmed.
