RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska provides that the
City Council may, by concurrent resolution voted on in favor by two-thirds of all the members,
vacate an existing plat and replat real estate within the City of Omaha; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain real estate lying within Florence and North Ridge
Heights, subdivisions surveyed,platted and recorded in Douglas County,Nebraska, have petitioned
to have portions of said plats vacated and replatted as SPRING CREEK ADDITION located
Northwest of 33rd and Weber Streets; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation
and replat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA: •
THAT,the replat transmitted herewith entitled SPRING CREEK ADDITION located
Northwest of 33rd and Weber Streets, is hereby approved; and concurrently portions of the existing
plats entitled Florence and North Ridge Heights, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.
