Condition(s):
1. Provisions for all public improvements required by the approved traffic study.
2. Installation of a left turn lane with a maximum four foot wide median on 171st Street for
northbound traffic to the shared access for Lots 295 and 296.
3. Provisions for privately installing and maintaining the private street system with the
mixed-used area.
4. Submission of a letter from Douglas County Emergency Management confirming that
acceptable emergency warning is being provided for the area.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled WHISPERING RIDGE located
Southwest of 168th Street and West Maple Road, attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Exhibit "A", has been approved by the Planning Board of the City of Omaha, along with the
conditions set out in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission
of revised preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat is tentative in nature
and does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled WHISPERING RIDGE located
Southwest of 168th Street and West Maple Road along with the attached conditions, is hereby
accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
