RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 2-171 through 2-187, Division 2, Article VI, Chapter 2 of the Omaha
Municipal Code, provides for the appointment of members of the Administrative Board of Appeals; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Ryne Bessmer as a member of the Administrative Board of Appeals
expires December 20, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has reappointed Ryne Bessmer to serve on the Administrative
Board of Appeals, said term to commence December 21, 2022, upon City Council approval, and until said term
expires December 20, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by Mayor Stothert of Ryne Bessmer as a member of the
Administrative Board of Appeals, to serve a three-year term commencing December 21, 2022, upon City
Council approval, and expiring December 20, 2025, be and hereby is confirmed and approved.
