requests that the property be annexed to and included within the boundaries of Sanitary and Improvement
District No. 570 of Douglas County, Nebraska.
The undersigned certifies that such property is not located within the boundaries of any municipal
corporation. Further, the undersigned does hereby acknowledge that from and after such property is
annexed to the District, it shall be subject to all taxes and other burdens thereafter levied by the District,
regardless of when the obligation for which said taxes es or assessments are levied was incurred.
This Petition for Annexation is made in accordance with Section 31-761 Reissue Revised Statutes
of Nebraska, 1943.
