The attached Resolution approves the Contract with Tab Construction Company, as recommended
by the Mayor, for SF 00-18 being Ida Street from Pershing Drive to 16th Street.
The following bids were received on April 11, 2001. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

The contractor has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). As is City
policy, the Human Relations Director will review the contractor to ensure compliance with the
Contract Compliance Ordinance.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of SP 00-18 from Fund 389, 1996 Sewer
Bond- Issue #2 (Airport Industrial Park Improvements), Agency 140, Organization 1510 - Sewer
Improvements, Activity 4516, Year 2001 funding.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from Tab Construction
Company, in the amount of$235,425.20,being the lowest and best bid received, and requests your
consideration and approval of this Resolution.
