(hereinafter "OSBN") permits the City Council of the City of Omaha to appoint by majority vote three members of the OSBN Board of Directors; and, WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on said Board of Directors; and, WHEREAS, Councilmember Frank Brown, representing Council District Two, has nominated Shirley Jordan for appointment to the OSBN Board of Directors for a term of three years commencing upon confirmation by the City Council and expiring three years thereafter.
