Condition(s):
1. 30th Street must be constructed as a pre-requisite to any development on the site.
2. The 30th Street right-of-way be a minimum of 40 feet wide and align with 30th Street north of
Dodge Street.
3. A 10 x 10 foot triangle to be dedicated at the corner of Turner Boulevard and Douglas Street.•
4. A 4 foot wide strip must be dedicated along Douglas Street.
5. Sidewalks must be constructed or replaced on all street frontages.
6. All existing utilities in 30th Street must be removed or relocated.
7. Letters releasing utility easements in 30th Street must be submitted with the final plat.
8. The applicant must pay for all required public improvements privately.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,preliminary plat entitled TURNER PARK ADDITION located Southeast
of Dodge Street and Turner Boulevard, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", has
been approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit
"B" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
•
WHEREAS,Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this preliminary plat is tentative in nature and does not
constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the preliminary plat entitled TURNER PARK ADDITION located Southeast
of Dodge Street and Turner Boulevard,along with the attached conditions,is hereby accepted; and,
the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
