The hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to noon. We currently have 2 employees and we have between 10-15 customers per day. After we move to the new location we do intend on increasing our customers to 20-25 customers per day. The traffic that we have is usually pick up trucks and cars and because of the lay out of this location the only part of the operating business that will be seen from the street is entering and exiting the business. The loading and unloading will be done on the inside of the fence. The type of business that we operate is a nonferrous metals recycling business. A good portion of the ground that we will use is covered by concrete and we plan on covering the rest of the ground with concrete over the next two years. At the end of the two year time frame we plan on adding another building approximately 8000 square feet and move the entire operation inside. es-Lea_de .eff kze d_oxikc /911-e Geh'M a-dy gead-)4, 7/7/2/ /// / 196- j/es// 075.? d -mom cayt Monday,June 11,2001 Amerea Online:Guest Page:1 A-4 1 1 • ._ • ,. .
