The budget for the year 2002 having been adopted with revisions on Tuesday, September 11, 2001 and Tuesday, September 18, 2001. In accordance with the adopted revisions and instructions of the City Council, we present here today, Tuesday, September 25, 2001, a Resolution for your consideration, certifying the property tax request at $79,434,863 and certifying to the Douglas County Clerk the property tax rate. The City of Omaha certifies to the Douglas County Clerk a property tax rate of forty-three and three hundred eighty-seven thousandths cents (43.387) per$100 of actual value for the City of Omaha, designated for the following purposes: 24.312 cents for General Fund purposes, 1.7.3.67 cents for the Debt Service Fund, .814 cents for the Judgment Fund, and .894 cents for the Redevelopment Fund.
