RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 27-52 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides that when any
real property belonging to the City of Omaha is sought to be leased or purchased, the`Mayor
shall appoint a committee of three individuals whose duty it shall be to,appraise;the real estate
and report to the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Mark Larson on the City Property Appraisers Committee
expired on June 7, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, the Honorable Mike Fahey has reappointed Mark Larson to the City
Property Appraisers Committee, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council
and to expire June 7, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by the Honorable Mike Fahey of Mark Larson as a
member of the City Property Appraisers Committee, said term to commence upon confirmation
by the City Council and to expire June 7, 2005, is hereby confirmed.
