RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Board of Steam Fitter Examiners;
and,
WHEREAS, Sections 40-515 through 40-518, Division 4, Article VII, Chapter 40
of the Omaha Municipal Code, provide for the appointment of members of the Steam Fitter
Examiners Board; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Joel L. Sebek on the Steam Fitter Examiners Board has
expired; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey has reappointed Joel L. Sebek to serve on the
Steam Fitter Examiners Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City
Council and expire on the expiration of the term of the present City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Mike Fahey of Joel L. Sebek as a member of
the Steam Fitter Examiners Board, commencing upon confirmation by the City Council and
expiring on the expiration of the term of the present City Council, is hereby confirmed.
