RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Stationary Engineers Examiners
Board; and,
WHEREAS, section 40-167 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for
appointment to the above Board; and,
WHEREAS, Alan W. Butler was appointed to the Stationary Engineers
Examiners Board but his term has expired; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Mike Fahey has reappointed Alan W. Butler to the Stationary
Engineers Examiners Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City
Council and to expire two years thereafter. •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Mayor of Alan W. Butler to the Stationary
Engineers Examiners Board, to serve from the date of confirmation by the City Council and
expire two years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
