RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 4.04 of the Omaha City Charter created and established a
Human Relations Board; and, •
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Human Relations Board due to the expiration
of the term of Buree Stovall; and,
WHEREAS, Section 4.04 of the Omaha City Charter empowers the Mayor to
appoint candidates .to be confirmed by the City Council as members of the Human Relations
Board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Fahey, has appointed Terri Lynn Crawford as a
member of the Human Relations Board, to serve a three year term commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council and expiring September 18,2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the nomination and appointment by Mayor Mike Fahey of Terri Lynn
Crawford a member of the Human Relations Board, to serve a three year term commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council and expiring September 18, 2004, be and hereby is confirmed
and approved.
