The attached Resolution approves the contract with Paradise Builders,Inc.,as recommended by the
Mayor, for STS 5903,being storm sewer construction at Curtis Avenue and 51st Avenue.
The following bids were received on September 5, 2001. A detailed Bid Tabulation is attached.

The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of STS 5903 from the 1996 Sewer Bond Issue
No. 2 (2001), Organization 1510, Fund 389, Agency 140, Year 2001 funding.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from Paradise Builders,Inc.,in
the amount of$61,050.00, being the lowest and best bid received, and requests your consideration.

accepted and the contract be awarded.
