See attached sample Resolution. Please attach the individual resumes to the resolutions along with the appropriate nomination letters. Council Staff recognizes that the Dock Board is most likely to terminate their oversight activities sometime in the near future, but these reappointments are necessary for continuity of experience and leadership for this Board. The three-year designation is in accordance with State Statute, and will be a moot issue after the Dock property goes away and the Board is disbanded. Please coordinate as required to place the two Resolutions on the Council Agenda for November 6, 2001 . INFORMATION ATTACHED: YES X NO NONE AVAILABLE dh c: Councilmembers .
