Om"; 5/20/82 the building was secured and the case was filed but not decarded. On 11/9/84 the structure was found to be open again. On 4/4/85 the structure was resecured. At the hearing on May 23 , the case was laid-over until August 22 , 1985 . On August 22 , 1985 the structure was condemned for being open and the brick falling above the west door constituted a hazard.
