Omaha,Nebr January 29, 2002
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska provides that the
City Council may, by concurrent resolution voted on in favor by two-thirds of all the members,
vacate an existing plat and replat real estate within the City of Omaha; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain real estate lying within Summit Place, Summit
Place Replat No. 1, West End Addition and Bogg's and Hill's Second Addition, subdivisions
surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, have petitioned to have a portion of
said plats vacated and replatted as TURNER PARK ADDITION located Southeast of Dodge Street
and Turner Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation 1
and replat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the replat transmitted herewith entitled TURNER PARK ADDITION located
Southeast of Dodge Street and Turner Boulevard,is hereby approved; and concurrently a portion of
the existing plats entitled Summit Place,Summit Place Replat No. 1,West End Addition and Bogg's
and Hill's Second Addition, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.
