Statute Sections 13-501 to 13-513, that the governing body will meet on the Tel' day of
September, 2007 at 8:00 o'clock a.m. at 330 North 117`h Street, Omaha, Nebraska, for the
purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers
relating to the following proposed budget. The budget detail and the agenda for this meeting,
kept continuously current, which includes payment of bills of the District, are available for
