PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with the provisions of
State Statute Sections §§13-501 to 13-513, that the governing body will meet on
the 7th day of September, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at 11506 Nicholas Street, Suite
100, Omaha, Nebraska 68154, for the purpose of hearing support, opposition,
criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the following
proposed budget. The budget detail and the agenda for this meeting kept
continuously current which includes the payment of bills of the District, is
available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk at 2120 So. 72nd Street,
Suite 1500, Omaha, Nebraska 68124, during regular business hours.
