AN ORDINANCE to amend certain portions of Special Ordinance No. 10002, passed February 13, 2001, levying a special tax assessment for cutting and clearing weeds, grass and. worthless vegetation to correct an erroneous deletion and to reinsert the correct parcel, lot, address, and levy amount; and to provide an effective date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: Section 1. That Special Ordinance No. 10002, passed February 13, 2001, levying a special tax assessment for cutting and clearing weeds, grass and worthless vegetation should be amended at page 26 by (1) deleting the following parcel description and levy amount which was erroneously listed after payment of the assessment by Rita L. Mohler: Parcel: 0270-0000-22 Lot 24 Block 1 Seymours Add 5345 N. 26th St. $93.00 and (2) reinserting the following parcel description and levy amount which was erroneously deleted from the American Savings Co. listing: Parcel: 0271-000022 Lot 1 Block 2 Seymours Add 5346 N. 26th St. $113.00 • ' ' • Ordinance No. 3155'1 Page 2 Section 2.
