ORDINANCE NO. c9
AN ORDINANCE to adopt a PK Parking Overlay District located Southeast of 20th and Burdette
Streets to approve the Parking Plan, and to provide for an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-672 through 55-680 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, a PK Parking Overlay District and the Parking Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof,
are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County,Nebraska:
Except street, Sublot 1 of Taxlot 39, and all of Sublot 3 of Taxlot 40, in the SW V4
of the SW'1/4 of Section 10, Township 15, Range 13, Douglas County, Nebraska.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15)days from the date of
its passage.
