Subject: Amendment to the Deffenbaugh Ordinance extension
Date: June 14, 2001
There was a minor error in the original Ordinance extension which was
introduced on June 12th. The first "WHEREAS" section indicated that contract
SC 94-7A was for yard waste collection service. Actually, that contract was for
• solid waste and recyclable materials collection. This has been corrected.
Section 1 (contract SC 94-7A for solid waste and recyclable materials collection)
and Section 2 (contract SC 94-7D for yard waste collection) of the Ordinance
were correctly designated in the original submittal.
