NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of Sanitary
and Improvement District No. 499 of Douglas County, Nebraska, will be held at 10:00 a.m.
on January 17, 2008, at 14922 A Circle, Omaha, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to
the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public
