NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of Sanitary
and Improvement District No. 499 of Douglas County, Nebraska,will be held at 10:00 a.m.
on August 18, 2007, at 14922 A Circle, Omaha, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to
the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public
inspection at the principal office of the Board at 2120 South 72nd Street, Suite 1200,
Omaha, Nebraska, and includes payment of bills of the District.
