The approval of the Planning Board at their meeting of August 2, 2000 is attached. The vacating petition is also attached. 9 The form of the documents for this vacation has been approved by the City Law Department. The purpose of this request is to allow consolidation of the vacated right-of-way with the adjoining property. The building footings and brick façade of the Hilton Garden Inn will encroach into the right-of-way. The Administrative Fee Committee has reviewed the vacation request and recommends that a value calculation fee of$3,600.00 be assessed. An administrative fee of$250.00 has been paid to the City by the applicant. The Public Works Department recommends approval of the proposed Ordinance.
