ORDINANCE NO. (.56
AN ORDINANCE to approve a Planned Unit Development Overlay District located Northwest
of 37th Avenue and Frances Street, to approve the Development Plan, and to provide for
an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-584 through 55-594 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, a Planned Unit Development Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas
County,Nebraska:
That part of Tax Lot 4, lying East of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Belt Line,
West of Block 3, Club Terrace and North of the South Line of Lot 2, Block 4,
Club Terrace extended West to the East right of way of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Belt Line, except the northerly 140 feet thereof in the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 29, Township 15 North, Range 13 East of the 6th P.M., Omaha, Douglas
County,Nebraska.
Section 2. The proposed Development Plan has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant
to, and meets each of, the site plan criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal
Code.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen (15) days from the date
of its passage.
