AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 35692 passed August 28, 2001, which
rezoned property located Southwest of 168th Street and Kansas Avenue and to provide the
effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 35692 passed August 28, 2001 be amended to
read as follows:
The official Zoning Map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and
the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha
Municipal Code so that:
Lot 202, Quail Run, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas
County, Nebraska, is hereby rezoned from AG-Agricultural District, R7-Medium-
Density Multiple Family Residential District and MU-Mixed Use District to DR-
Development Reserve District(portions of which property lie within the floodplain
and floodway).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15) days from and after
the date of its passage.

the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to
rezone property located Southwest of 168th Street and Kansas Avenue from AG-Agricultural
District, R7-Medium-Density Multiple Family Residential District and MU-Mixed Use
District to DR-Development Reserve District (portions of which property lie within the
floodplain and floodway).
