AN ORDINANCE to approve a Planned Unit Development Overlay District located Northeast of
Ames Avenue and Fontenelle Boulevard, to approve the Development Plan, and to provide
for an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-584 through 55-594 of the Omaha Municipal
Code, a Planned Unit Development Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County,
Nebraska:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 18, 19 and 20, except that part of Lot 3 taken for right-of-way purposes,
all in Block 4, Everett Place, together with the vacated east/west alley and
north/south alleys abutting thereto, and Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block 4,
Pruyn Park, together with the vacated north/south alleys abutting thereto and the
east/west alley abutting Lots 12 through 15, inclusive, City of Omaha, Douglas
County,Nebraska.
Section 2. The proposed Development Plan has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to,
and meets each of, the site plan criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15) days from the date of
its passage.
