Remarks: Inspector Roger Carroll originally inspected this property on July 15, 1999. At the time of the
inspection Sharon R. Mohanna owned the property. A condemnation hearing was held on 10-28-1999
and the dwelling was wide open, and no repairs made;there were also no repairs to the garage. The
structures were condemned as a nuisance to the neighborhood.
The owner appealed the condemnation to council on 12-14-1999 and the council laid it over for 12 weeks.
The council again heard the case on 3-7-2000 and was sustained.
On July 31, 2000 the owner called, Sharon Mohanna, and stated she tore down the garage (without a
wreck permit).
On April 5, 2001 Inspector Roger Carroll, received a phone call from the new owner Linda Collins. She
stated that she had licensed people to do the repairs. She was informed to appeal this to council.
On August 21, 2001 our office sent the structure out to bid to be removed and sent a courtesy copy to the
owner.
On August 28, 2001 Linda Collins called the office and was again informed to appeal this. An inspection
was made and the yard was overgrown with weeds and no repairs had begun.
As of today,there are no active permits for any repairs.
